Drana Injectors are devices that forcefully infuse Drana energy into Drana sprouts to unnaturally accelerate their growth. You returned after taking down nearby Sura and destroying the injectors. It is only a matter of time before the Balaur catch on to the disturbance in Scarlet Forest.
