"Everything we've done so far will help restore Eltnen." Before returning to Lacephin Village, you accepted a request from Kion to recover the Life Orbs lost by the Life Daeva. The orbs were found heavily damaged, but could apparently be restored with a curious device known as the Purifying Helix. Once it was found and activated, it promptly purified the orbs. Chloris was visibly delighted and headed back to the village with the Purifying Helix in hand.
