Aion 2 Update: Patch Notes 24.06.2026

Two Skies, One Glory. A smaller mid-week update: Abyss Rift Zone tuning, the first step of a cross-class Combat Power System improvement (the full class balance patch is pushed to July 1), fromis_9 stage improvements, larger Cube storage, and a batch of fixes.

Abyss Rift Zone

The spawn positions and counts of the boss monsters that appear in each phase are adjusted.
Boss monster HP is increased.
You can now also earn points from PvP near boss monsters (within a 100m radius).

Class Changes

Hello, Daevas. The "Combat Power System improvement" — aimed at closing the combat-power gap between classes — will be applied first in this week's regular maintenance. Class balance will then be tuned based on the data gathered afterward. To minimize the impact on the ranking challenges currently in progress, the balance patch originally planned for June 24 has been moved to July 1. Thank you for your understanding.

Common

A weapon's combat-power value is now reflected identically across all classes.
The combat-power value gained from passive skills is now reflected identically across all classes.

[Other Improvements & Bug Fixes]

Improvements

fromis_9 Stage: you can now join a performance with no player limit, and the area on the stage from which a performance can be started has been enlarged.
Cube: the default number of Cube slots is expanded from 30 → 40; characters that had already expanded their Cube also receive +10 slots.

Bug Fixes

Coupon registration is now unlocked at a different point in progression:
- Elyos: after completing the "Brigade Base Neutralization" quest.
- Asmodian: after completing the "The Longest Night" quest.
Fixed an issue where certain Ludra's Bracelet could not be used as an inheritance material when crafting the Faded Shadow Bracelet.
Fixed a server-wide notification message incorrectly appearing on a successful craft of the Faded Shadow Bracelet.
Abyss Rift Zone boss Distorted Deputy Commander Arunt: fixed it repeating only certain skills.
Abyss Rift Zone boss Distorted Kabanda: fixed it repeating only certain skills.
The "Abyss Rift Zone" mission under [Season Mission → Abyss → Weekly] has been removed.
